Emily Stuart

Emily Stuart

Emily is an HCPC-registered dietitian with over ten years of experience in a variety of settings, including the food industry, acute and primary care dietetics and digital health. Emily currently works in the food industry, supporting product development of specialist nutrition foods. She has significant experience in health writing and conducting training and is a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and a committee member of the BDA Food Services Specialist Group. Before qualifying as a Dietitian, Emily worked as a professional chef for several years.

Julia Ebbens

Julia Ebbens

Julia is an experienced nutritionist with a postgraduate qualification in Nutritional Medicine. She has worked as a health coach for NHS England's pre-diabetes program and as the in-house nutritionist for Naturelo supplements. She also produces evidence-based nutrition content for various international health companies. She is very passionate about the role of nutrition in optimal health and well-being.

Alice Alizart

Alice Alizart

Alice, an accomplished professional with experience in the Food Industry from manufacturing to retail nutritional compliance, has an AfN accredited Human Nutrition degree from Newcastle University. With published research, she integrates a robust academic background with practical industry knowledge into her tutoring, offering students a unique perspective on nutrition education.

Hannah Daw

Hannah Daw

Hannah holds an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition from UCL and is the chair of a charity dedicated to treating paediatric feeding disorders. She has co-authored a paper on comorbidities in paediatric feeding disorders, contributing to understanding and treating this underrepresented condition. Hannah is passionate about scientific research and worked as an Associate Registered Nutritionist working in pre-diabetes management in the NHS. She runs her own nutrition practice, providing comprehensive care for children and adults.
